Buckle-free steel strapping tools create a secure mechanical interlocking joint directly from the overlapping steel strap. This eliminates the need for external metal seals, reducing ongoing accessory costs and speeding up the sealing cycle. Joint efficiency is high, often reaching 80-85% of the strap's ultimate tensile strength. It is highly recommended for flat-surface loads and large volume steel packing operations.
Our tools use precision gear-driven feed wheels and high-torque clutches to maintain consistent tension. For critical loads, battery-powered and pneumatic tensioners allow operators to pre-set digital tension levels.
